Equity is not a checklist of items to complete; it is something that we need to continuously build. When DEI is under attack, you need to have a strong foundation or it can all fall apart. Bring your lunch and engage in an hour long virtual presentation and discussion about the building blocks you need to sustain this work.

Join Susan Yao, founder of the Village School, and Julia Lau, Hartford School District’s Equity Coordinator, to hear the story of one school district that has been building that foundation and perspective about how we sustain this work in schools given these uncertain times.
