What: Our Relational Care Crew is excited to offer our new 102 training to dig deeper into the skills needed to show up for conflict. In this training, we will reflect on our tendencies in conflict and practice engaging in conflict and communicating our needs. We encourage folks to attend who are involved in our work. We also encourage anyone who wants to reflect and learn more about conflict to attend. You can learn more about our process that we review in our 101 training here.
